YAIR COHEN HOSHEN
Founder & Managing Member
Yair founded Immo Development in 2022 and directs the company's development, contracting and management activities in Austin.
His fifteen years in real estate span Berlin and Austin: he previously led a European development platform through acquisitions, financing, design and marketing, and before that served in senior roles with a New York residential developer.
He holds a B.A. in Business Administration (Finance) from Reichman University, Israel.

Isaac Cohen-Hoshen was the co-founder of ADAMA Holding Public LTD. He has been focused on real estate investment management and development in Germany, France, Israel, Romania and the United States throughout his career.
Mr. Cohen-Hoshen is the Managing Director for all Adam Europe GmbH managing all the pan European activities of Adam Europe. He is a former engineer at the international defense contractor Rafael and graduated from the Technion Institute of Engineering and Business Management University of Haifa.

Dvir Cohen-Hoshen is a Co founder and Managing member of Adam America LLC
He has been involved in New York real estate since 2008, having sourced and managed several residential projects in Manhattan and Brooklyn on behalf of the AARE Founders Group.
Previously, Cohen-Hoshen served as founder and CEO of Adama Holding Public LTD, a real estate development and investment company in Central and Eastern Europe, credited with developing approximately 1,700 residential units in Romania. Cohen-Hoshen earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from the Tel Aviv University.
